Como funciona
Nonwoven and packaging film rolls are loaded onto the machine. The nonwoven is folded longitudinally (or kept single-layer) and cut to length. An imported metering liquid pump injects the set volume of alcohol onto the pad. The wetted pad is folded and conveyed into the four-side-seal forming/sealing station, where heated bars seal the paper-aluminium foil-laminate film around the pad in a 50×50 mm pouch. A colour-mark sensor (GDJ-411) maintains film registration; servo drives control film feed and bag cutting precisely.
