Como funciona
Dough is loaded into the extrusion chamber. The machine forces dough through interchangeable molds/nozzles via extrusion/twisting/strip-pulling. A wire-cutter slices the extruded dough at programmed intervals. Twist degree is adjustable (unlimited). Pneumatic actuation at 5–6 kgf/cm² assists auxiliary functions. Output blanks are conveyed on trays (tray size 400×600×20 mm) to downstream ovens.
