Como funciona
Tablets placed in the rotating 400 mm coating pan tumble continuously through the spray zone. A peristaltic-pump-fed atomizing spray gun applies coating solution from the heated/insulated/stirred liquid tank cart. Hot air from the inlet fan (temperature and volume regulated, 1.5 kW heater) dries the coating rapidly to form a firm, fine, complete, and smooth film on tablet surfaces. VFD on the main motor (0.37 kW) adjusts pan speed (0–46 rpm); pan tilt is adjustable 15°–45°.
