Como funciona
Tablets perform complex constant-track movement with smooth rotation and frequent position exchange inside a SUS316L rotating coating drum. Air filtered by three-stage pre-filter + mid-efficiency + EU13 HEPA filtration is heated to 40–80°C and delivered into the drum by a 3 kW explosion-proof hot-air blower. Four Anest Iwata WA-101 spray guns atomise coating solution (supplied by peristaltic pump BT600 from the stirred tank) onto tablet surfaces. A 7.5 kW explosion-proof exhaust fan maintains negative pressure; exhaust air passes through a SUS304 bag-house dust collector (36 bags, pulse cleaning) before direct discharge outdoors, rapidly drying the coating into a smooth film. Excess coating solution is returned to the tank by the peristaltic pump via reverse flow.
