Como funciona
Raw material falls into the conical working chamber through the feed inlet. The rotating triangular cutter creates a swirling flow and throws particles against the screen by centrifugal force. High-speed shearing between the cutter and screen breaks particles into smaller granules which exit through the screen. Output particle size is adjusted by selecting screen mesh size, changing the clearance between cutter and screen, and tuning cutter speed via VFD.
