Como funciona
Carbonated product (cola/beer/sparkling water) flows from a soda mixer or pressure tank into the filler via the product's own pressure. Bottles are placed manually under the four filling valves. The machine has two gas inlets: a filtered-air inlet (with oil/water separator) drives the pneumatic cylinders; a CO₂ inlet is used pre-fill to pressurise the bottle to match product pressure (isobaric / counter-pressure). When bottle pressure equals product pressure, liquid flows in without foaming. After filling, the operator manually opens the vent valve to release excess CO₂, lowers the bottle, and caps it (separate semi-automatic crown capper handles 330–500 ml glass bottles).
