Como funciona

Bottles enter via inclined feed hopper and feed screw, are organized and conveyed to the star (dial) wheel driven by gear motor + cam splitter (intermittent motion). At the filling station, four metal plunger pumps fill via dive-down needles that begin at the bottle bottom and gradually rise to suppress foaming. Filled bottles transfer to the cap-feed station; an electromagnetic vibration sorter (Type 400 stainless cap feeder) feeds caps onto the bottles. A magnetic flexible screw-capping head with correct centering screws on each cap. No-bottle-no-cap and no-cap-no-screw logic via sensor checks.

Limpeza e manutenção

Wipe outer surfaces with clean non-woven towel and ≥75% alcohol (avoid acrylic glass surfaces). Wipe parts with skimmed cotton or medical gauze to remove dust. Direct-contact parts can be removed for cleaning; no cleaning blind zones; suitable for routine disinfection.
