Como funciona
Sterilized vials feed onto a rotary orienting turntable, then pass through a fallen-vial reject track which removes inverted or broken vials. Vials transfer to a linear conveyor and stop in groups under four auger nozzles. Each nozzle aligns center-on-center with a vial. A servo motor drives the auger which precisely meters powder by rotation count and presses it into the vial. The vials index forward to allow stoppering downstream. PLC + HMI controls timing, dose, reject logic and alarms.
