Como funciona
Vortex blower creates vacuum in the upper Ø290 mm stainless steel hopper. Powder/granule material is drawn through the stainless suction nozzle and Ø51 mm PVC pipe into the hopper, captured by a coated filter bag with secondary filtration. Compressed-air blowback periodically cleans the filter to maintain throughput. After hopper fills, the tee valve switches state: blind plate seals the suction port, the vacuum hopper disconnects, and material drops into the mixer or capsule filler below. Quick-release clamps connect the hopper to the mixer lid.
Processo de funcionamento
1Vortex blower creates vacuum in the upper Ø290 mm stainless steel hopper.
2Powder/granule material is drawn through the stainless suction nozzle and Ø51 mm PVC pipe into the hopper, captured by a coated filter bag with secondary filtration.
3Compressed-air blowback periodically cleans the filter to maintain throughput.
