Como funciona

Empty capsules are oriented and divided into upper/lower modules of a 27-hole turntable; bodies are held by vacuum suction in the lower mold while caps remain in the upper. A modular pin-type dosing system fills powder/granule/pellet/tablet into capsule bodies. Novel disc-valve + vibration hopper feeding resolves TCM powder flow issues. Guide-rail-driven closed sowing rack prevents dust entry. One-piece machined sealed turntable with double-lip skeleton dust-proof ring seals — interior maintenance-free for three years. Negative-pressure filling base recovers spilled powder via independent circuit. Purified compressed air + intermittent impingement cleans die holes. New cam-bottom transmission uses inner-groove cams for stable, precise, silent high-speed operation. New capsule-ejection mechanism (capsule plate design) requires no external air source. Groove-type locking plate allows fine adjustment without stopping.
