Como funciona
Granule (14–60 mesh, fluid and plastic) is fed by a single-layer force-feeding system into the 40-station rotary turret. Lower punches lift granule into the dies; upper and lower punches pass under sequential pre-compression and main-compression rollers (HAWE hydraulic support with auto-pressure keeping and overload protection) to form tablets. A separated SS cover plate and labyrinth seal isolate the lower turret. Formed tablets are ejected through a three-channel output box and routed through optional deduster and dust collector. PLC-monitored sensors provide automatic tablet weight control, single-tablet rejection, and continuous process alarms.

1Granule (14–60 mesh, fluid and plastic) is fed by a single-layer force-feeding system into the 40-station rotary turret.
2Lower punches lift granule into the dies; upper and lower punches pass under sequential pre-compression and main-compression rollers (HAWE hydraulic support with auto-pressure keeping and overload protection) to form tablets.

Limpeza e manutenção
Granule must be uniform, non-moisture, ≥2/3 granule fraction, 14–60 mesh. Tablet compartment hinge-sealed with concealed pipes for easy CIP-style wipe-down. Replace dust seals (200/box) and oil catch rings (100/box) per maintenance interval. Monitor Bijur auto-lubrication alarms and schedule grease/oil top-ups.
