Como funciona
Servo motors continuously control fill depth (tablet weight) and main compression pressure (tablet hardness). A hydraulic support system absorbs compression peaks. Granules flow into 26 die cavities, are pre-compressed up to 20 kN to expel air, then main-compressed up to 100 kN to form tablets. Tablets that fall outside spec are routed to the batch rejection stream; single-tablet rejection available as an option.
