SED-360WZH-B — Horizontal Cartoning Machine

Cartons are sucked one-by-one from the magazine by a 3-4 cup rotary suction unit, opened, and conveyed on the carton chain. Concurrently the leaflet folding machine folds and presents the leaflet (up to 1400-1600 sheets in stock). The product (blister/bottle/tube) is fed by a customizable feeder; 18 groups of continuous multi-pushers gently load the product (and leaflet first, then product) into the open carton. The carton passes through batch-number printing before the tucking/sealing station seals it. SICK sensors and the angle encoder monitor every station; defective cartons (no blister, no leaflet) are auto-rejected at exit. All action timing is controlled by the OMRON angle encoder and adjustable on the HMI.
