Round tubes are arranged at high speed via the screw infeed mechanism; the vertical-to-horizontal flip transfers tubes onto the horizontal conveyor chain; the high-speed print module performs in-line coding; the servo-driven label applicator affixes labels; a pair of CCD cameras inspect label presence and cap presence; defective items are rejected by the rejection mechanism.
