SED-340-190XSJ-L — Servo Flat-Plate Automatic Blister Packaging Machine

Main transmission uses an R-series helical-gear main motor; chain-driven splined main shaft (8-spline, 64 mm dia.) drives four cam stations (forming, heat-seal, batch coding, punching) in vertical reciprocating motion. The cams have splined inner bores so the four stations can be moved laterally to fit different mold-plate sizes. PVC and aluminum foil are conveyed under inductive-switch motor control. Forming uses register heating + mechanical pre-stretch followed by positive-pressure blow forming for crisp, even, attractive cavities. Servo-driven traction (Delta servo) provides smooth, accurate stroke and graphic registration with adjustable stroke 40-200 mm.
