Como funciona
Granular feedstock fills 19 die holes on a rotating turret. As the turret rotates at 37 rpm (driven by a 2.2 kW motor through an INVT CHE100 inverter and oil-immersed worm-gear drive), each die fills with material; upper and lower punches travel along cam-shaped guide rails past pre-compression and main compression rollers, applying up to 60 kN to compact the powder into a tablet up to 13 mm diameter and 6 mm thick. Each turret revolution produces 19 tablets. Tablets are ejected by the rising lower punch and guided into the take-off chute. Pressure overload protection halts the press if force exceeds the limit.

Transparent observation windows open fully for access to turret, dies and feeder. PLC/touchscreen enables speed adjustment without stopping (from ZH manual: machine has PLC and touchscreen). Oil-immersed sealed worm-gear drive keeps lubricant away from powder zones. Turret surface specially treated to maintain luster and prevent cross-contamination.
