Release liner is servo-fed under a precision coating roll where the doctor-blade gap meters the film thickness from the trough; the wet-coated web passes through an independent hot-air recirculating dryer with segmented zone control to evaporate solvent and cure, then is slit longitudinally and rewound onto cores using magnetic-particle clutches for constant-tension winding regardless of roll diameter.
