Como funciona
Four-column hydraulic press: hydraulic pump pressurizes upper and lower cylinders; powder is fed into the female mold cavity at the working table; lower-cylinder large adjusting nut sets fill depth; upper-cylinder adjusting nut sets compaction; upper punch descends and presses powder into a tablet; lower cylinder ejects the formed piece. PLC + touch-screen automates the cycle.

Pre-production: (1) Wipe outer surface with clean wet towel — clean and dust free. (2) Open machine and wipe inside with wet towel — remove dust and dirt. (3) Wipe hopper with clean towel then with 75% industrial alcohol — dirt removal and sterilization. Post-shift: (1) Wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel. (2) Wipe hopper with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol — clean, dust free and sterilized. Monthly: check worm, worm gear, bearings and other movable parts for loosening and wear. If out of service long-term: clean thoroughly, apply rust-proof oil, cover with cloth.
