Como funciona
Aluminum cans are stacked on a magazine; a specially-engineered fixture indexes them and accurately places each can into the star-wheel pockets. At station 1, a 304 SS dosing cylinder fills 0–100 mL of liquid (±1 g). At station 2, valves arrive via a vibratory bowl, travel the dedicated track, and are inserted precisely onto the 20 mm can opening. Station 3 crimps the valve to the can rim cleanly and leak-tight. Station 4 fills propellant gas through a 304 SS dosing cylinder, 0–50 mL at ±1.5% accuracy. Station 5 picks actuators from a pneumatic vibratory bowl via a track and presses them onto the valve stem. Station 6 delivers plastic outer caps from a vibratory bowl along a dedicated track and snap-presses them onto the can body.
