Como funciona
Material is fed by a twin-screw self-cleaning feeder into the milling chamber where four supersonic Laval nozzles fluidise it; particles collide with each other in a low-temperature fluidised bed and self-grind. A horizontally-mounted classifier wheel (SKF-borne, high-pressure-air sealed) driven by a 4 kW VFD motor sets the cut size; oversize is rejected back into the bed. Fines exit with the air, are collected in a cyclone (with pneumatic vibrator) and a MB20 pulse-jet baghouse (≥20 m² filter area) with anti-static polyester filter bags. Exhaust passes through a 7.5 kW induced fan with silencer, achieving national emission standard.
