Como funciona
Main shaft drives carton conveyor, product pusher, sealing and discharge units via overload protection. Servo + cylinder feed unit picks bottles from upstream and places into the carton, controlled by PLC + photoelectric sensors and vacuum solenoids. Cartons are stored in a magazine fed by a PLC-controlled belt; vacuum cups (cam-driven crank-rocker) sucks one carton at a time onto the indexing chain; a sensor at the load position triggers a starve-stop if no carton is detected. The bottom flaps are folded by a small-tab hook; the top is sealed by a twin-rod cylinder driving two sealing knives in three steps (fold, tuck, seal).
