Como funciona
Random bulk bottles enter the integrated lift, which deposits them into the storage ring of the inclined disc. The rotating turntable pushes bottles into individual pockets where they self-orient. A tilt mechanism flips inverted bottles upright; toggling fingers re-orient any remaining bottles. Aligned, neck-up bottles exit through the discharge port to an air-blow or chain conveyor for downstream stations (filling, capping, labeling). Photoelectric sensors trigger bottle-full auto stop and jam alarms with auto restart.
