Como funciona
Wet powder fed from the hopper falls into a horizontal rotating drum under the hopper. The drum is driven by a worm-gear reducer (ratio 1:30) via an eccentric crank that converts rotation into a reciprocating gear-rack motion, swinging the drum through 360° at 55 rpm. As the drum oscillates, the powder is pressed through a user-selectable wire-mesh screen wrapped around the drum's outer cylinder (held by stainless-steel clamping tubes with ratchet handles). Particle size is set by mesh count.

Pre-shift: wipe outer surfaces with damp cloth; open and wipe interior; wipe hopper with damp cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside/outside with damp cloth and disinfect hopper with 75% alcohol. After each run remove the rotating drum and rinse out residual powder before reinstalling. Lubrication: HJ-30 engine oil at the front bearing seat each shift; ZG-2 grease at middle/rear bearing seats every 3 months; HJ-30 oil in the reducer every 3 months. For long-term storage, wipe entire machine and apply rust-proof oil to bright surfaces, then cover.
