Como funciona
Bottles enter via the conveyor and pass the bottle-separator (Aobang 25W variable-speed motor) which spaces them evenly. A photo-eye (Shengke detector + amplifier) detects each bottle; the labeling head pays out the label; the traction motor (Beste stepper) pulls the label web at the correct speed; the rubber-roller covering mechanism applies and smooths the label onto the bottle; the labeled bottle is collected on the stainless/acrylic discharge tray. Hampson (USA) photo-eye reads label registration; Panasonic PLC + 7" Samkoon HMI sequence the cycle.
Processo de funcionamento
