Como funciona
A 2.2 kW reduction-gear motor rotates the V-shaped twin-cylinder canister at 12 rpm. The asymmetric two-arm geometry causes material to repeatedly split, recombine, and translate axially under gravity, creating both transverse and radial flow paths. Each rotation moves about 25% of material between the two cylinder arms. After 6–10 minutes, the material is uniformly mixed with no dead corners. Discharge via butterfly valve at the apex after stopping at the appropriate orientation. Optional internal stir bar adds shear for cohesive products; optional liquid spray system enables wet-granulation processing; optional vacuum draws air out for moisture-sensitive or solvent processing.

After each batch, keep equipment clean. Material should not exceed 2/3 of barrel volume. Bearings need regular oiling; worm reducer also needs regular lubrication. Check pressure meter, ammeter, and instruments regularly. Check belt, chain, motor, worm, reducer, and bearings regularly — keep tight and lubricated.
