Como funciona
High-speed cutting/crushing: one side of the cutting mechanism is equipped with a sharp fast blade, the other side with an impact-style crushing blade — material is cut and crushed by high-speed blade shearing. Particle size can be adjusted by replacing the screen mesh or adjusting the rotary speed. A cooling fan installed on one side of the crushing chamber exhausts hot air during grinding, keeping the chamber temperature low for temperature-sensitive materials.

Pre-production: (1) Wipe outer surfaces with clean damp cloth; (2) Open machine and wipe interior with damp cloth to remove dust and dirt; (3) Wipe hopper with clean cloth then disinfect with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: (1) Wipe interior and exterior with clean cloth; (2) Wipe hopper with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Periodic disassembly cleaning: Open door/lid, remove sifter rack, unscrew movable hammer nuts and paddings; remove belt cover, pulley, fan cover/nuts, and fan wheel; unscrew bearing rack connection nuts and remove rack to clean crushing chamber. Replace screen mesh if damaged or clogged. Store machine in dry, clean environment free of corrosive gas when not in use; coat metal surfaces with rust-proof oil and cover with cloth canopy for long-term storage.
