Mechanical transmission drives a Z-shaped (S-type) single paddle inside the U-shaped trough to rotate at up to 24 r/min, pushing materials in a reciprocating flipping motion for uniform mixing. An electrical controller allows a mixing time to be set; the machine stops automatically when the timer expires. A separate motorized discharge system tilts the trough to pour out the material, improving batch-to-batch mixing quality and ease of operation.

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean damp cloth; open machine and wipe inside; wipe material cylinder with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean damp cloth; wipe material cylinder with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: check machine parts; clean drum and clear residual powder after each use. Long-term storage: wipe all surfaces and apply rust-proof oil; cover with cloth.
