Como funciona
The machine utilizes the relative movement between a movable toothed disk and a fixed toothed disk. Material is crushed by the impact and friction of the toothed disks and inter-particle collisions. Crushed material is automatically driven into the collection bag by centrifugal force, while dust is recovered through cloth-bag filtration in the dust collection box. A wind-wheel high-speed rotating knife combined with a fixed knife performs impact, shearing, and grinding, generating a strong airflow in the chamber that carries heat and finished product out through the screen.

Pre-production cleaning: clean machine before each production run. Post-shift cleaning: clean after each shift. To clean the main unit: open door cover, remove screen frame, remove cap nut, remove movable toothed disk, unscrew gear ring from housing, remove gear ring; unscrew bearing housing bolts, remove main bearing housing — the entire crushing chamber can then be cleaned. To clean the dust collector: open the dust box door, remove cloth bags for cleaning or replacement.
