Como funciona
Caps are loaded into the vibratory bowl which orients and feeds them down a chute to the cap-pickup station — no human intervention needed. Filled bottles enter from the upstream conveyor and are indexed by a self-lubricating POM star wheel that holds each bottle at the capping station. A dial transports the picked cap to one of two capping heads positioned in series. Each head presses the cap down to the preset torque, then the torque-sensing circuit cuts the drive automatically, ensuring consistent tightness regardless of operator variation.

Limpeza e manutenção
Snap-fit modular components disassemble for cleaning without tools. Wipe SS surfaces with damp cloth; do not allow liquid to enter sealed electrical enclosure. Vibratory bowl rinses easily after cap-type changeover.
