SED-2SJ-Y is a high-speed visual counting machine that forms the core of a complete packaging line together with feeder SED-SLJ-Y (auto-elevator) and vertical packaging machine SED-130KLB-Y. Using M3x5 screws as a reference, the counter achieves a continuous counting rate of 8,000 pcs/min with repeatability 0-3 permille (positive deviation only). Full-line speed: approx. 4 bags/min at 1,000 pcs/bag. Powered by Xilinx control chip and Onsemi vision CCD; PLC by Keyence (Japan).
