Como funciona

Servo-motor-driven dual auger screws meter powder into bottles. Bottles travel on a conveyor belt; bottle-placement cylinders stop bottles under each filling nozzle. Two independent servo axes (front and rear) dose powder into bottles simultaneously. A stirring motor inside each hopper prevents bridging/jamming. Touch-screen PLC controls filling quantity, speed, and bottle detection; no-bottle no-fill logic is standard.

Limpeza e manutenção

Outer surface and conveyor: wipe with clean damp cloth. Hopper, discharge port, and powder feeder silo: wipe with clean cloth then disinfect with 75% industrial alcohol. Mechanical parts may be cleaned with alcohol and clean cloth; reassemble in reverse order. Do not clean electrical/electronic components with liquids.
