Como funciona
Liquid drug is auto-fed from storage tank into the coating tank where a precision roller meters the film onto a base paper/film web; the coated web passes through two independent hot-air recirculation ovens with segmented temperature control to dry and solidify, then the film is wound up, the waste backing paper is wound separately, and an integrated longitudinal slitter cuts the film to width, with finished rolls collected on the adaptive-slip winder that maintains constant tension regardless of roll diameter.
