Como funciona
The variable-frequency main motor drives the gearbox through a synchronous timing belt; the gearbox drives the gear pair to rotate the punch disk. Upper and lower punches, guided by cam tracks, complete the fill → pre-press → main-press → tablet-ejection cycle. The pre-press and main-press rollers are independently adjustable, enabling two-stage compaction. A hydraulic system provides stable main-pressure support.

1The variable-frequency main motor drives the gearbox through a synchronous timing belt; the gearbox drives the gear pair to rotate the punch disk.
