Como funciona
Wet material is fed uniformly into the vibrating fluidized bed via a feeder. Under dual-frequency vibration from two ZDS30-6 4 kW motors, the material is thrown horizontally and advances continuously across a 9000×1500 mm perforated tongue-hole bed plate (1.5–2 mm holes). Steam-heated air rises upward through the bed, exchanging heat with the material and evaporating moisture. Spent air exits through the CZT-13.0L cyclone separator and the 96-bag pulse-jet baghouse before being drawn out by the induced-draft fan. Dried material discharges at the far end through φ200 mm butterfly valves. Bed thickness, residence time, and vibration amplitude are steplessly adjustable. Three PT100 RTDs and a centralized control cabinet monitor and control the process.
