Como funciona
Blister boards are loaded onto an open discharge tray (extended hopper holds up to 200 boards) and conveyed by a servo-driven differential feeder onto the main belt. Photoelectric sensors detect missing/short/over-stuffed boards and signal a downstream pneumatic eject. Film is unwound, formed into a tube around the product by a film former and bag-maker, longitudinally sealed, then cut and cross-sealed by a sliding horizontal sealer (height-adjustable on the fly). Three servo motors with rotary encoders provide precise positioning with automatic error compensation; bag length and cut-point are entered on the HMI. A backup mechanical-failure control switch provides redundancy.
Processo de funcionamento
1Blister boards are loaded onto an open discharge tray (extended hopper holds up to 200 boards) and conveyed by a servo-driven differential feeder onto the main belt.
