SED-250WRO-W is a fully automatic 0.25 m³/h two-pass reverse osmosis purified-water system (conductivity ≤5 µS/cm at 25°C). Process train: raw-water tank (0.5 m³ SS304, 0.7 mm wall) → 0.75 kW Xinjie BJZ100T booster pump
Como funciona
Two-pass RO with full-loop UV sanitation. Tap or groundwater is pumped from the 0.5 m³ raw-water tank by a 0.75 kW booster pump through quartz-sand and coconut-shell carbon filters (auto-backwash via Runxin F67P multi-port valves) to remove suspended solids, residual chlorine (C+2Cl₂+2H₂O→4HCl+CO₂), organics and color. An Italian SEKO DMS200 metering pump trims pH. A 5 µm PP-cotton cartridge polishes the feed before the 1.5 kW first-stage HP pump pushes it across two Vontron 4040 polyamide RO membranes. First-pass permeate is re-pressurized by the 1.1 kW second-stage HP pump across a third 4040 membrane, achieving ≤5 µS/cm conductivity (system recovery 50-65%). Permeate enters a 0.5 m³ sterile SS304 tank where 5 g/h ozone and a ClearUV inline UV unit provide dual disinfection. A 220V transfer pump pushes water through a 0.22 µm pleated cartridge to the distribution loop, where a 100 W ClearUV recirculating UV sterilizer maintains microbial control. High-pressure pumps operate at 380V; transfer pump at 220V.
