Como funciona
Disordered PET bottles are manually loaded into the elevator hopper and transported by the elevator into the unscrambler's storing section. The rotating disk pushes bottles into individual cells; an inverting device uses air-flow to flip any upside-down bottles upright. Properly oriented bottles are conveyed out via the air-transfer system to the next process. A built-in screener automatically rejects non-standard bottles. PLC controls VFD-driven production rate for adjustable throughput.
