Material is fed up an incline elevator into a 14-head IP66 waterproof combination weigher (2.5 L cups) which dispenses precise quantities into the SED-250KLB-H VFFS main machine. Film is unwound via air-shaft, tracked by sensor, corrected by motor, formed into a tube around a 304 SS collar, back-sealed longitudinally and end-sealed horizontally by AirTAC cylinders with Baosheng heaters, then T-cut. Servo synchronous belt drives film positioning. Finished bags exit on a 220 V conveyor.
Processo de funcionamento
1Material is fed up an incline elevator into a 14-head IP66 waterproof combination weigher (2.5 L cups) which dispenses precise quantities into the SED-250KLB-H VFFS main machine.
2Film is unwound via air-shaft, tracked by sensor, corrected by motor, formed into a tube around a 304 SS collar, back-sealed longitudinally and end-sealed horizontally by AirTAC cylinders with Baosheng heaters, then T-cut.
3Servo synchronous belt drives film positioning.
4Finished bags exit on a 220 V conveyor.
