Como funciona
1) Powder material is fed into the granulator container. 2) Dry-mixed by the rotor stirring paddle at 100-270 rpm (11 kW with KEWO inverter). 3) Binder is added to wet the material. 4) Wet material is broken into wet granules by the high-speed star-cutter at 1000-3000 rpm (5.5 kW with KEWO inverter). Output mesh size 20-80. The air-sealed shaft component prevents material and liquid from entering the stirring drive unit.
