Temperature 100-150 degrees C, heating time 1 hour. Cooling via 100,000-class HEPA filter with water-cooled cool-air fan; cooling time 1 hour; target bottle temperature less than 20 degrees C. Dual front/rear doors; door opening greater than 180 degrees; safety interlock. Exterior: W2210xD1190xH1990 mm. Interior: W1710xD1030xH1510 mm. Power 18 kW; 380 V 50 Hz 3-phase 4-wire. Interior: 1.2 mm 316L SS (full-weld, polished). Exterior: 1.2 mm SUS304. Insulation: aluminium silicate + ultra-fine glass wool 100 mm. 2 trolleys (316L SS, argon-arc welded). 48 trays (640x460x45 mm, 316L SS); each tray holds ~122 x 60ml bottles (2928 bottles total over 24 trays in full use). Control: Siemens PLC + Allen Bradley HMI; up to 50 stored data sets.
