SED-245YP-X Liquid Blister Packaging Machine (high configuration), aluminum-plastic liquid gel blister format. Includes one mold set, ceramic-pump self-priming heated/insulated filling pump, heated-stirring feeder, and air-cooling system. Adopts the latest high-power chain-driven main drive shaft — eliminates gear-train errors and noise. Imported PLC control system; configurable with material-shortage detection/rejection (Omron sensors) and imported VFD. Photoelectric control for PVC/PTP/aluminum auto-feeding and waste-side cutting; ensures synchronous stability across long-distance multi-station layout. Optional: photoelectric register/correction with imported stepper motor traction for image/character register printing. Ceramic metering pump for high-precision filling; quick-connect disassembly for easy cleaning/disinfection. PLC + color touch screen (Siemens). Anti-drip filling needle.
