Como funciona
Cold air is drawn through pre-filters (SS904L shell + non-woven cloth), pressurized by 5.5kW blowers (4-72 No.4A @ 2900 rpm), heated by two 270kW electric heaters (SUS304), and fed via DN400 main + DN250 branch SS904L ducts into the fluid bed plenum. Wet sodium chloride enters via inlet hopper. Two 2.2kW vibration motors generate 16.67 Hz oscillation that propels material across the SS904L distributor plate while hot air rising through the plate fluidizes the bed — maximizing heat and mass transfer. Material exits via discharge port after meeting moisture target. Exhaust gas passes through a CZT-12 cyclone separator (SS904L) and an MC-144 pulse bag filter (108 m² area, 144 bags, SS904L) for dust capture; rotary airlock collects dust. Cleaned exhaust is exhausted by a 30kW induced-draft fan with adjustable damper. 16 rubber dampers isolate vibration. 50mm aluminum silicate wool insulation on lower box.
