Capable of single or double layer tablets; D and B tooling can be installed without changing the turret. No hand-wheel — servo control system automatically adjusts fill depth and tablet thickness to ensure weight precision. Full touch-screen real-time control. Compliant with US 21 CFR PART 11 (electronic signature/record), US FDA and EU GMP. Maximum single-layer output 48,000 tablets/h; double-layer 28,800 tablets/h. Maximum main pressure 80 kN, pre-pressure 20 kN. Machine weight 1,500 kg; motor power 3 kW.
