The machine uses a high-speed roller-plate mechanism to achieve interchangeable aluminum-plastic and aluminum-aluminum blister production. Material is formed by the dual-cam forming system and sealed by heated rollers, then cut to individual blister cards at up to 120 cycles per minute.
