Como funciona
PVC film (0.25–0.35mm) and aluminum foil (PTP, 0.02mm) are loaded on pneumatic inflatable expansion shafts. PVC is heated by integral-cast Teflon-coated heating plates using pulse constant-temperature heating. The high-neck double-cam former uses dual-cam tension/compression to form blisters (max. depth 12mm, area 180×210mm). Product is fed via high-speed vibrating feeder (99.99% fill rate, 500–600 units/tube/min). Heat-sealing is performed, then batch number is printed by a double-cam stamping unit. The servo-motor-driven stepping roller with zero-backlash planetary reducer advances film precisely for punching. The punching die (HRC58–62 cemented carbide) performs dislocation punching, eliminating scrap horizontally and 1mm vertically. Finished blister plates exit to outfeed conveyor or are connected to outer packaging machines.
