SED-20PHGB-A air-source heat-pump drying room. Cabin dimensions 5,800 mm L × 2,000 mm W × 2,300 mm H, framed in galvanized square tubing (Tianjin Zhaolidā) with Shandong Hongji color-coated steel skin (inner and outer walls). Heating system: 20-HP / 18 kW air-source heat pump + 15 kW electric auxiliary heater. Circulation: 6 × 1.1 kW axial fans (carbon-steel wind ring, cast-aluminum impeller, all-copper motor) with 40 m high-temperature wire and 16 copper clamps. Accessories: 7 drying trolleys, 406 stainless-steel drying trays, 2 sets of door openers. PLC control: Xinling instruments / HMI / thermocouples / overheat protector; Chint contactors / buttons / knobs / breakers / air switches; INVT variable-frequency drive. No consumables, no special tools required.
