Como funciona
Open-cycle convection drying with negative pressure. Process air is filtered through primary and intermediate filters, drawn by a blower, heated electrically (75 kW), optionally polished by a class-100K HEPA filter, then introduced via a hot-air distributor that produces a controlled spiral flow into the chamber. Feed liquid is metered by a peristaltic pump to the centrifugal atomizer (24000 rpm) which disperses it into a fine mist. Droplets contact hot air co-currently, evaporating 95–98% of moisture in seconds; dried particles spiral down to the cone discharge aided by SK40 pneumatic knock hammers. A rotary valve discharges product. Vapors and fines are routed to a cyclone, then a pulse bag filter; the induced-draft fan vents cleaned air outside.
