A geared motor (380V three-phase 1.5 kW or 220V single-phase 2.2 kW) rotates the V-shaped cylinder at 15 r/min. The V is formed by two unequal-length cylinders joined at an 80-degree angle (asymmetric / double-arm design). With each rotation the powder repeatedly separates into the two arms and recombines: due to the asymmetry, potential-energy differences create a transverse force that drives lateral cross-flow each time the material splits or rejoins. About 25% of the material transfers between cylinders per revolution, producing fast and uniform mixing without granule damage.

Limpeza e manutenção

Pre-production: wipe outer surfaces with clean wet towel; open cylinder and wipe interior with wet towel; wipe hopper with clean towel then sterilize with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inner and outer surfaces with clean wet towel; wipe hopper with clean towel then sterilize with 75% industrial alcohol. After each use, remove rotating drum and clean or brush out remaining powder. Extended storage: wipe entire machine clean, coat metal surfaces with rust-proof oil, cover with cloth.
