Como funciona
Back-seal vertical form-fill-seal machine with dual Inovance (Huichuan) servo motors—one for film traction, one for the transverse seal. Film is unwound from a 360 mm OD reel (≤420 mm wide), shaped over a former, vertically heat-sealed at the back, then transverse seal jaws clamp, seal and cut. A 10-head combination weigher (1.6 L hoppers, 304 SS, 10-1500 g, ±0.5-1 g, max 120 bags/min, 99 recipes) sits on a 4.6 m² work platform; a Z-type bucket elevator (5.5 m3/h) feeds the weigher. The weigher computes optimal hopper combination and drops product down through the fill tube into the formed bag. PLC + 7-10 inch HMI co-ordinates the line; Autonics fibre-optic photo-eye reads color marks for accurate bag length; Yatai PID temperature controller manages seal temperature.
