Como funciona
Rotary and continuous labeling system: containers separated by bottle-splitting screw per planetary gear spacing, transferred to a turntable, fixed by pressure bottle mechanism and mold seat, and rotated under cam-controlled steering. A photoelectric sensor triggers the computer host to dispatch the label; the high-response servo motor ensures the label is peeled from the liner and applied at the correct position at high speed.
Processo de funcionamento
1Rotary and continuous labeling system: containers separated by bottle-splitting screw per planetary gear spacing, transferred to a turntable, fixed by pressure bottle mechanism and mold seat, and rotated under cam-controlled steering.
